Do you need a travel sellers license if you are not selling air or sea travel?

Sunday, February 22nd, 2009
Lawrence W asked:

I’m planning on starting a travel agency that sells adventure tours but the travellers will be responsible for arranging their own airfare. Do I still need to register for a travel sellers license if my state requires it?

Would you still consider Hang gliding an extreme sport knowing?

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009
Rockvillerich asked:

There were no deaths hang gliding in the U.S. in 2006.
That’s thousands of hours of flight. Over 40,000 people died on our roads.

.
The point being that it’s a pure form of aviation rather than an adrenaline fix.

Hint: Use the following formula to calculate the time.
T= (√d )/ 4
Where, d is the distance in feet and t is the time of the fall.
Sky diving is an extreme sport and precision is required when opening the parachute, otherwise death will be imminent (recently, the news showed a sky diver who survived the jump after a malfunction with the parachute!). How far the sky diver jumped if the fall took 25 seconds? Explain your work. Hint: Use the following formula to calculate the time.
T= (√d )/ 4
Where, d is the distance in feet and t is the time of the fall.

Dead Head asked:

i don’t get to travel often due to the fact im broke and tied by chains to school..but when i do, i always come home feeling so refreshed and excited about life! i just got back from island hopping all over the Carribean where i got to go diving and explore new land and honestly, living life in routine everyday can turn you into a zombie and make you forget how awesome this world is… *peace everyone* :)
